SHIPPING
Jubi offers flat rate shipping. All orders are mailed through Canada Post.
- Canada - $15 — tracking Included. 3-10 business days.
- USA - $20 — no tracking Included. approx. 2 weeks.
- International - $25 — no tracking Included, approx. 6-8 weeks air mail.
Local pick up is available for free. Pick up location is Merge - 305-B Campbell st. Tofino BC. Please allow our small team 1 to 2 days to prep order and drop off.
RETURN
CANADA
Returns are accepted on all regular “shop” page pieces. A full refund (minus any shipping costs) will be granted, or store credit if you prefer. The only occasion where we can't offer returns from this page is when customizations have been made to the piece (eg. adjusting hem length) - we have made this piece just for you.
USA + International Customers
Returns are not permitted at this time for any of our pieces.
To initiate a return, send me an email & I'll walk you through the steps - you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You have 14 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund - goods must be en route back to Jubi within another 14 days from then. Pieces must be unworn, with original tags included to be eligible for a return. Jubi reserves the right to deny a return if it's determined that the item(s) are not in their original condition.
Jubi is not responsible for any further import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package upon entering the destination country, nor for any delays that may occur while passing through customs.
All purchases made through the one-of-a-few page are final sale.
