Returns are accepted on all regular “shop” page pieces. A full refund (minus any shipping costs) will be granted, or store credit if you prefer. The only occasion where we can't offer returns from this page is when customizations have been made to the piece (eg. adjusting hem length) - we have made this piece just for you.

To initiate a return, send me an email & I'll walk you through all the details - you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You have 14 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund - goods must be en route back to Jubi within another 14 days from then.

All purchases made from items on the “one-of-a-few” page are final sale.
